(PresseBox) - The net-m privatbank 1891 AG today announced that Mr. Ralf Bloß is strengthening the Bank's Management Board since 06 October 2014. He was appointed, after Susanne Lehmann decided to resign from the Board at her own request. Edgar Schnorpfeil, CEO of net mobile AG and Supervisory Board Member of net-m's subsidiary net-m Privatbank 1891 AG thanked Mrs. Lehmann for her hard work over the years and wishes her all the best for her private and business future.
Previously, Mr. Bloß was among others CFO at NetBank AG for more than 13 years, where he was responsible for Finance, Credit and Banking. "Mr. Bloß brings with him a breadth of valuable experience, particularly in building and managing a direct bank. We are very glad that he now contributes his gained skills for the benefit of our Bank", said Mr. Schnorpfeil.
