Advent Software Declares Dividend

SAN FRANCISCO - December 9, 2014 - Advent Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADVS), a

industry, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a dividend of
$0.13 per share. The cash dividend payment will be made on January 15, 2015 to
shareholders of record of Advent's common stock at the close of business on
December 31, 2014.
