Orbite Announces Change to its Board of Directors

(TSX: ORT)(OTCQX: EORBF) ("Orbite" or the "Company") announced today that following his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold, Mr. Shaun Usmar resigned, effective today, from his position as Director of the Company.
