ASPO'S FINANCIAL INFORMATION IN 2015
The Aspo Group Annual Accounts Bulletin for 2014 will be released on Thursday,
February 12, 2015. The Annual Report will be published on week 14 at the latest.
Aspo will publish three Interim Reports in 2015:
- for the first quarter on Wednesday, May 6,
- for the second quarter on Thursday, August 13,
- for the third quarter on Wednesday, October 28.
The Annual Shareholders' Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, April
9, 2015, in Helsinki, Finland. The Board of Directors will give a separate
notice of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting later. Possible requests from
shareholders to include matters on the agenda of Aspo's 2015 Annual
Shareholders' Meeting shall be sent to Aspo's Board of Directors not later than
February 5, 2014. The written request, together with an explanation or a draft
resolution, shall be sent to Aspo Plc, Board of Directors, P.O. Box 70, FI-
00501 Helsinki, Finland.
