Nordex announced today that due to numerous commitments and constraints on his time, Thor Eaton has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Corporation, effective December 10, 2014. The Board would like to extend its appreciation and thanks to Mr. Eaton for the time, energy and expertise that he contributed to the Corporation and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
