Newlook Files Fiscal 2010 Financial Statements

("Newlook" or the "Company") (CNSX: NLI) announces that it has filed its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2010, along with associated Management Discussion and Analysis, and Certifications (the "Annual Filings").
With the filing of the Financial Statements, Newlook is finalizing work on its unaudited consolidated financial statements and associated material for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 (the "Interim Filings") and anticipates filing these later this week.
The Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") suspended trading in the Company's securities on May 9, 2011 due to the delay in submitting the Annual Filings. The Company is working diligently to submit the Interim Filings and other required materials so that a revocation of the current cease trade order may be made by the OSC.
