The Canadian Federation of Nurses Unions (CFNU) is Canada's largest nurses' organization representing over 176,000 nurses. The CFNU has been advocating for national discussions on key health priorities, such as long-term care, pharmacare, aboriginal health and retention and recruitment of nurses. Investments in nurses have been shown to deliver a high return in health care and the CFNU would like to remind the Premiers that cutting nurses cuts care.
