NEW PRODUCTS at Meusburger: DLC coated guide pillars
(PresseBox) - Meusburger's range of products has been extended with the DLC coated guide pillars E 10025 and E 10125. Their excellent dry-running properties and high corrosion resistance make them suitable for cleanrooms. A distinctive advantage of DLC coated guide pillars is minimised wear through excellent sliding properties ensuring high hardness (approximately 300 HV), a very low coefficient of friction (0.1 to 0.15) and, as a consequence, long life and high temperature resistance (up to 350°C). The E 10025 and E 10125 Guide pillars are manufactured to tight tolerances and therefore one-to-one interchangeable. The DLC coated guide pillars are available from stock at Meusburger.
