Essex Angel Capital Inc. Announces Commencement of Trading as an Investment Issuer
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/19/11 -- Essex Angel Capital Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: EXC.P) is pleased to announce that further to its press release dated July 15, 2011 announcing the completion of its qualifying transaction (the "Qualifying Transaction"), the Corporation received final TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V") approval in respect of the Qualifying Transaction. Trading in the common shares of the Corporation on the TSX-V as a Tier 2 Investment Issuer will commence on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 under the trading symbol "EXC".
The TSX-V has in no way passed upon the merits of the Qualifying Transaction and has neither approved nor disapproved the contents of this press release.
