EnerCare to Be Included in S&P/TSX Composite Index

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/15/14 -- EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX: ECI) is pleased to announce that S&P Dow Jones Canadian Index Services (S&P) has added EnerCare to the S&P/TSX Composite Index effective after the close of trading on Friday, December 19, 2014.

"We are delighted to be included in the S&P/TSX Composite Index," stated John Macdonald, President and Chief Executive Officer. "We believe the inclusion reflects our growth and strong performance and will improve our liquidity and exposure to investors."

EnerCare will also be added to the S&P/TSX Composite Dividend Index and the S&P/TSX Composite High Dividend Index.

The S&P/TSX Composite Index is the headline index in Canada and the premier indicator of performance for Canadian equity markets. It includes the largest companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) as measured by market capitalization and liquidity.
