Michael Jegen Appointed Executive Vice President of Calgary-Based Oil and Gas Software Company
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/16/14 -- Boyd Russell, President and Founder of Calgary-based Energy Navigator today announced the appointment of Michael Jegen as the company's new Executive Vice President. The appointment became effective December 1, 2014, and is part of the company's long-range strategic plan for managing anticipated growth in Canadian, US and International markets.

Mr. Jegen becomes Executive Vice President after serving as Vice President Development since 2008. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He began his career as a software engineer with Energy Navigator and, for the past 16 years, has been responsible for implementing improved software development practices and researching new technologies that drive development of Energy Navigator's software products. Michael's commitment to teamwork and innovation has resulted in two high-performing software development teams whose products - AFE Navigator and Value Navigator - continually enhance the ability of , operations and asset management professionals to work more efficiently and effectively, forecast more accurately, extend production, and manage costs.
