The award was presented to Grosvenor Building Services CEO Rita McCauley.
The award symbolizes outstanding achievement and excellence in business operation and development as well as honoring 10 consecutive years of certification by the Women's Business National Enterprise Council (WBNEC). The WBNEC provides recognition for women-owned businesses and offers opportunities and resources for those businesses to compete for contracts in both the public and private sectors.
