United Health Products Announces Australian Sales Update
(firmenpresse) - HENDERSON, NV -- (Marketwired) -- 12/17/14 -- (OTCQB: UEEC) announced today that the Company has received an additional stocking order for the HemoStyp® gauze products from its Australian distributor, Critical Health Products Pty Ltd. and distribution partner for Australia, Westcoast Surgical & Medical Supplies for 2014. Critical Health Products has also secured future purchase orders for 2015 in excess of $ US 250,000 with expectations of over $ US 500,000.
After a pause in operations due to a pending lawsuit that was settled and recorded in the State of Nevada in October of 2014, the Company has commenced full operations and production. The settlement included the cancellation of notes owed by the Company totaling over $ US 500,000 and the return of approximately 1 million shares of the common stock of the Company to treasury.
United Health Products Inc. (UEEC) develops, manufactures, and markets patented hemostatic gauze, for the healthcare and wound care sectors. The product, HemoStyp®, is derived from regenerated oxidized cellulose, which is all natural, and designed to absorb exudate/drainage from superficial wounds and helps control bleeding.
