Lingo Media Appoints Hassan Helmy of Global Telecom Holdings to Its Board of Directors

Hassan Helmy is Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Board Member of Global Telecom Holding S.A.E. Mr. Helmy has more than 28 years of experience in various financial and audit roles, the last of which was the CFO of Telecom Egypt. He was Senior Partner at KPMG Egypt, where he specialized in the audit of telecommunication companies alongside a long list of international clients. Mr. Helmy is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants - United Kingdom and a fellow of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors. He was a board member in Telecom Egypt, Vodafone Egypt and TE Data.
Mr. Helmy willl be replacing Mohamed El Ammawy as Global Telecom Holdings' board appointee. Lingo Media wishes to thank Mr. El Ammawy for his time, effort and contributions during his term as a board director.
