Suparna Gold Announces Results of Annual and Special General Meeting

(the "Company" or "Suparna") (TSX VENTURE: SUG) is pleased to announce that at its Annual and Special General Meeting held December 18, 2014, Michelle Gahagan, Wayne Tisdale, Garry Clark, Jamie Newall and Jim Welykochy were re-elected to the Board of Directors. Suparna's shareholders approved an alteration of articles to give the Board of Directors the authority to subdivide or consolidate the Company's unissued, or fully paid issued, shares and a change of name to Cruiser Resources Ltd., or such other name as may be acceptable to the Company, applicable regulatory authorities and approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
