(TSX VENTURE: IGP)(TSX VENTURE: IGP.PRA.A) (the "Company" or "Imperial") announces that it has reverted to the previous stock option plan as the amended and restated stock option plan (the "New Plan") was not granted approval at the annual meeting. The New Plan was adopted by the Board of Directors on October 1, 2014 and announced to the public on October 2, 2014.
