NovX21 Provides an Update on the Financing for Its Commercial Plant

("NovX21" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NOV) is pleased to confirm that it is in discussions with the Quebec government to finance the construction of a commercial extraction plant for platinum-group precious metals in Thetford Mines.

Funding for the project was requested under the new "Creativite Quebec" financial aid program, which will see the Quebec government assume a greater partnership role in innovative projects that strengthen and diversify Quebec's economy. The Creativite Quebec program provides funding to enable businesses to acquire new technologies or develop or improve products and processes.

NovX21 operates an industrial prototype plant for the recovery of Platinum Group Metals (platinum, palladium and rhodium, or PGMs). The plant is located near Quebec City in St-Augustin-de-Desmaures.
