Partners Value Fund Announces Changes to Management and the Board
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/19/14 -- Partners Value Fund Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PVF) announced today that George E. Myhal has been named as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective January 1, 2015. Mr. Myhal will also join the board of directors of Partners Value Fund at this time. Current President Edward C. Kress will resign from his executive role as of January 1, 2015. Mr. Kress will continue to serve as a director of the company.
