CSD Epitaxy Announces Record EpiPro System Sales

(CSD Epitaxy), a global provider of epitaxial processing equipment, announced record sales of over $8.3 million for a single month of its standard EpiPro™ 5000 production systems and the EpiPro 5000-IG systems for thick epitaxial applications with additional purchases by two major integrated semiconductor producers in China and Korea. The recently introduced EpiPro 5000-IG was selected by these customers to maximize wafer capacity throughput when depositing thicker films for IGBT devices, solar/photovoltaic cells, and a variety of semiconductor devices.
