Next Edge GLG EM Income Fund Completes Merger Into Next Edge Theta Yield Fund
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/22/14 -- Next Edge Capital Corp., the manager of Next Edge GLG EM Income Fund (the "Fund"), announces the completion of the merger of the Fund into Next Edge Theta Yield Fund ("Theta Yield Fund").
On December 18, 2014, the manager of the Fund redeemed and cancelled all of the issued and outstanding units of the Fund in exchange for units of the Theta Yield Fund. Holders of Class L Units and Class N Units of the Fund received Class A1 Units of the Theta Yield Fund based on the ratio of 0.70 Class A1 Unit for each Class L Unit and 0.81 Class A1 Unit for each Class N Unit. Holders of Class M Units and Class O Units of the Fund received Class F1 Units of the Theta Yield Fund based on the ratio of 0.73 Class F1 Unit for each Class M Unit and 0.84 Class F1 Unit for each Class O Unit. The exchange ratios were determined by reference to the most recently calculated net asset values of the units.
