Gerri Greenham Transfers Shares of Solarvest BioEnergy Inc.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 12/22/14 -- Gerri Greenham announced today that he has disposed of 900,000 common shares in Solarvest BioEnergy Inc. (TSX VENTURE: SVS) (the "Company"), representing approximately 4.57% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company, by way of a gift in a private transaction.
As a result of this disposition, Mr. Greenham now holds 8,345,000 common shares of the Company representing approximately 42.38% of the common shares currently outstanding. Mr. Greenham also holds warrants to purchase an additional 700,000 common shares and stock options to purchase an additional 70,000 common shares. If Mr. Greenham exercises his warrants and stock options, he will hold 9,115,000 common shares of the Company representing approximately 44.54% of the outstanding common shares.
Mr. Greenham is a resident of Stouffville, Ontario and disposed of these common shares for investment purposes, and may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of the Company or dispose of such securities as he may deem appropriate.
