(TSX VENTURE: BEL)("Belvedere" or the "Company") wishes to correct the expiry date of the four month hold period in connection with the common shares issued under the first tranche of a private placement as announced in the news release dated December 24, 2014. The four month hold period expiry date should have read April 24, 2015 instead of April 25, 2015. All other statements in the news release are identical.
