Vanstar Mining Resources Inc.: Request to Extend the Maturity of the Warrants

(firmenpresse) - LA PRAIRIE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 12/29/14 -- Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VSR) announces that subject to approvals from regulatory authorities, it will extend until December 31, 2015 the expiry date of warrants having been issued on the occasion of a private placement, which closed held December 31, 2013.

In December 2013, Vanstar's Private Placement. consisted of 855,000 common share at the price of 0.12$ and 427 500 warrants at the price of 0.15$.

No warrant has been exercised to date. Two insiders participated in the offering, representing 15%.
