("Ferrum" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: FEM) announces that Alistair Maxwell has resigned from the Board of Directors due to potential conflicts of interest. Laurence Curtis, Chairman of Ferrum said on behalf of the Board of Directors that "Alistair has made significant contributions to the company particularly during the current resource down-turn. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Alistair in his capacity as Advisor to the Company."
