Arian Silver Grant of Share Options
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, ENGLAND -- (Marketwired) -- 01/07/15 -- Arian Silver Corporation (the "Company") (AIM: AGQ)(TSX VENTURE: AGQ)(FRANKFURT: I3A) announces the grant of options over 50,000 shares in the Company to relevant employees who are Eligible Persons (as defined in the rules of the Company's share option plan). No directors or officers of the Company have received options in the Company as a result of this grant.
The share options are exercisable at GBP 0.44 / C$0.79 per share from 6 January 2015 to 5 January 2020, subject to a four months hold period from date of grant.
