O2 Investment Partners Invests in PC Treasures, LLC, Pioneer in Software Bundling, Software, Multimedia Distribution
(firmenpresse) - AUBURN HILLS, MI -- (Marketwired) -- 01/07/15 -- PC Treasures, LLC (PC Treasures), based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, announced today that O2 Investment Partners, along with PC Treasure's management team and existing owners, has made a significant investment in the business. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal marks O2's fifth transaction in the past twelve months.
Founded in 1998 by Brian Austin and Les Thomas, PC Treasures is an award-winning, industry-leading provider of bundled software, applications, technical support, and digital entertainment to the TV retail industry. In addition, the company, through its Digital Treasures brand, provides computer, tablet and smartphone accessories, power products, wireless audio products and other consumer electronic accessories to the TV retail, big box, white box and online retailers.
