Brett brings a wealth of industry experience, having led the delivery of HR and payroll services in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and shared service environments for over seventeen years. He joins from Celergo, a Global Payroll Provider, where he was Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all operational functions throughout their service centers globally. Prior to this, Brett led HP's Global Payroll Division covering 90 countries and 290,000 employees. He also spent thirteen years with ADP, holding various executive positions within their GlobalView® and domestic divisions.
As SGWI's GMP divisional COO, Brett will lead the division's Client delivery strategies and execution, including Project Management, Implementation and Operation Service Centers on a global basis. Brett's strong expertise in multiple disciplines will be integral in leading the rapid growth currently underway at SGWI. His ability and experience of developing, maintaining and growing relationships perfectly aligns with SGWI's service-centric values that have led to the acquisition of multiple market leading clients.
