Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary Lake to Announce Significant Investment in National Health Research Network

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/12/15 -- Mike Lake, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Industry, on behalf of the Honourable Ed Holder, Minister of State (Science and Technology), will announce a significant investment in a research network under the Networks of Centres of Excellence program.

Prior to the announcement, Parliamentary Secretary Lake will tour the Child & Family Research Imaging Facility. Media are invited to join the tour.

This announcement follows the Government of Canada's recent launch of an updated science, technology and innovation strategy.
