Security Holding in Euromax Resources Ltd
(firmenpresse) - JERSEY, CHANNEL ISLANDS -- (Marketwired) -- 01/13/15 -- Richard Griffiths, today announced that as a result of the non-brokered private placement notified by Euromax Resources Ltd (TSX VENTURE: EOX)(OTC PINK: EOXFF), his controlled undertaking; Blake Holdings Limited, acquired a total of 6,000,000 common shares in the capital of Euromax Resources Ltd at a price of C$0.25 per share. The acquisition represents 5.14% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Euromax Resources Ltd following the placement.
As a result of the placement and together with securities previously held, Richard Griffiths now controls a total of 20,546,499 common shares, representing 17.58% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Euromax Resources Ltd, of which 6,418,999 are held directly and 14,127,500 are held by Blake Holdings Limited.
Blake Holdings also hold warrants over 1,500,000 ordinary shares with a strike price of C$0.40 and a term of 5 years.
Richard Griffiths acquired the above common shares for investment purposes and may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of Euromax Resources Ltd or dispose of such securities as he may deem appropriate.
