Full Metal Minerals Announces Grant of Incentive Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/20/11 -- Full Metal Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: FMM) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 2,195,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") to officers, directors, consultants and employees of the Company, exercisable at $0.68 per share. The Options are exercisable for a period of ten years from the date of grant with a vesting period of one quarter vesting every three months over the period of one year. The Options are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Full Metal Minerals is a generative exploration company with multiple precious and base metal projects in Alaska. Assays are expected shortly from the Pyramid Cu-Au-Mo porphyry project, funded by Antofagasta Minerals.
