Goldstrike Sets Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/13/15 -- Goldstrike Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: GSR) has granted incentive stock options exercisable to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,000,000 shares of the Company to an independent consultant. All of the options are exercisable at the price of $0.05 per share until January 13, 2020.
All option grants are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of such options will not be subject to resale restrictions.
