(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 01/14/15 -- North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. (OTCBB: NODB) announces net earnings of $1,405,736 or $0.55 per share for the three months ending December 31, 2014, compared to $1,743,446 or $0.68 per share for the same period in 2013. Net earnings for the year ending December 31, 2014 totaled $5,680,133 or $2.21 per share compared to $5,593,441 or $2.18 per share in 2013. The annual shareholders' meeting is scheduled for February 3, 2015 in Dallas, Texas.
