The Company's total dividend distributions per share of common stock (CUSIP #30068C109) are to be classified for income tax purposes as follows:
Distributions per share of Series A Cumulative Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock (CUSIP#30068C208) are to be classified for income tax purposes as follows:
