Recommind Appoints Steve Kennedy as Senior Vice President of Field Operations

In this new role, Steve is a key player in the company's growth plans and is responsible for the customer experience from pre-sales to customer support. He is charged with helping to expand Recommind's cloud business, bolstering the partner ecosystem and the search business, as well as continuing to grow the On-Demand hosted service and Information Governance.
Kennedy came to Recommind as the former Worldwide President of Data Protection and Availability Software at EMC, where he was responsible for global field organizations representing archiving, eDiscovery and data protection software and services. Prior to EMC, Kennedy served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Zantaz, where he led the business to achieve an almost 900 percent increase in revenues.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in worldwide sales, field operations, and marketing, Kennedy has successfully spearheaded growth for public and private companies with revenues up to $5.9 billion in annual sales.
