("Benz" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: BZ) is pleased to announce that, pursuant to the Articles of the Company, the directors approved a proposed name change from "Benz Capital Corp." to "Benz Mining Corp." The Company intends to move forward with the name change subject to regulatory approvals.
