Centurion Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/22/15 -- Centurion Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: CTN) ("Centurion", "the Company") announces that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 Units priced at $0.05 for total gross proceeds of up to $250,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable for one common share at $0.10 for a period of two years following the closing and will be subject to a four month hold period.
Proceeds from this financing shall be used to advance its Myanmar gold project strategy, project exploration activities and general corporate purposes. The financing is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and finders' fees may be paid.
