(firmenpresse) - LONDON, ENGLAND -- (Marketwired) -- 01/23/15 -- Arian Silver Corporation (the "Company") (AIM: AGQ)(TSX VENTURE: AGQ)(FRANKFURT: I3A) announces it was notified on 23 January 2015, of the following transactions by Mr Anthony Williams:
21 January 2015: disposal of 135,000 Common shares (representing 0.4% of the share capital) of the Company at a price of C$0.6003 per share.
22 January 2015: disposal of 85,000 Common shares (representing 0.25% of the share capital) of the Company at a price of C$0.598353 per share.
Mr Anthony Williams is consequently no longer deemed to have an interest in the Common shares of the Company. The disposal of these shares was necessary to meet Mr Williams' immediate financial requirements.
