Advantages' CEO Fran Biderman-Gross Wins 5 Boro Chamber of Commerce 1st Annual MWBE Award
(firmenpresse) - QUEENS, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 01/26/15 -- CEO, Founder and Strategista, Fran Biderman Gross received a 5 Boro Chamber of Commerce . Presented by TD Bank, the first annual MWBE Awards honored a community of innovators, leaders and dedicated business owners in the local boroughs of New York City, focusing on minority and women owned companies.
The Awards honored one woman and one minority business owner from each of New York City's five boroughs. Biderman-Gross, who founded her purpose driven marketing agency alongside her late first husband in 1992, was chosen in recognition of her success in getting local and global businesses noticed in their respective markets.
"I have always believed that the most successful brands are the ones that speak from the inside out. They lead with their purpose -- why they do what they do," Biderman-Gross explained. "By helping brands to discover their purpose, and then have it permeate through all of their marketing materials, my clients have been able to authentically engage news audiences and achieve massive business results."
Biderman-Gross is a strong believer in sharing her wisdom and expertise with not only her clients, but also with other business owners, particularly younger and minority business owners. In addition to her personal mentorships, Biderman-Gross is an active participant of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, the only global network exclusively for entrepreneurs, where she chairs the EO2030 committee and helps business owners expand their field of opportunity. Additionally, she helped launch the EO Accelerator program, which provides promising entrepreneurs with the tools, education and mentoring needed to grow their small businesses past the $1M revenue mark.
