Hubbell Declares Quarterly Dividend Payment

SHELTON, CT. (January 27, 2015) - The Board of Directors of Hubbell
Incorporated (NYSE: HUBA, HUBB) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of
$0.56 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend
will be paid on March 13, 2015 to shareholders of record on February 27, 2015.
