AndeanGold Announces Board of Directors Appointment
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/28/15 -- AndeanGold Ltd. ("the Company" or "AndeanGold") (TSX VENTURE: AAU)(LMA: AAU) is pleased to announce that Mr. Ricardo Arrarte Grau has been appointed to AndeanGold's board of directors. Mr. Tom Yarmon, a director of the Company, has been appointed the Company's Chairperson.
Mr. Arrarte, who is based in Lima, Peru, is a Mining and Mechanical Engineer, with an MBA in Operations Management from George Washington University in Washington, USA and a Mining and Mechanical Engineering degree from Pontifica Universidad Catolica del Peru in Lima. He is a 16-year veteran of underground gold and silver and other minerals mining operations, management areas, planning, metallurgical processes, ground support, energy systems and maintenance, equipment selection, logistics and project management. He is currently Corporate Mine Manager at FOSFATOS DEL PACIFICO SA - FosPac/ CEMENTOS PACASMAYO SAA - CPSAA, Lima, Peru. FosPac is a joint venture between CPSAA and Mitsubishi Corporation to develop the Bayovar Phosphate deposit.
