The Company was today informed that on 28 January 2015 Jay Shaw, Executive Director of the Company completed the purchase of 150 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs"), equivalent to 750 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$5.80 per ADR or £ 0.76 per ordinary share at the current exchange rate of $1.52 to £ 1.00. Each ADR is equivalent to 5 ordinary shares.
Following the Director's share dealing the Director's holding in the share capital of the Company is as follows:
