CHANGE IN THE SHAREHOLDING IN OUTOTEC OYJ
In accordance with the Securities Market Act, Chapter 9, Section 5, Franklin
Templeton Investment Management Limited has informed that its Franklin Templeton
Investment Funds' holdings in shares of Outotec Oyj (OTE1V) on January 27, 2015
has fallen below 5% and were 8,862,083 shares, which represents 4.84% of the
share capital and votes in the company.
The share capital of Outotec Oyj consists of 183,121,492 shares and each share
is entitled to one vote at the general meeting of shareholders.
