(firmenpresse) - MCLEAN, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/29/15 -- (OTCQB: FMCC) today released the results of its (PMMS®), showing average fixed mortgage rates reversing course from the first weeks of the year to tick up slightly.



(FRM) averaged 3.66 percent with an average 0.6 point for the week ending January 29, 2015, up from last week when it averaged 3.63 percent. A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 4.32 percent.

this week averaged 2.98 percent with an average 0.5 point, up from last week when it averaged 2.93 percent. A year ago at this time, the 15-year FRM averaged 3.40 percent.

(ARM) averaged 2.86 percent this week with an average 0.4 point, up from last week when it averaged 2.83 percent. A year ago, the 5-year ARM averaged 3.12 percent.
