OpenLimit Holding AG: Christian Fuessinger takes up the position as Chief Financial Officer of the OpenLimit Group on an interim basis again
(PresseBox) - The Chief Financial Officer Hermann Homann, who joined the company in August, resigned from his position as CFO of the OpenLimit Group on December 31, 2014 at his own request. The long-standing former CFO Christian Fuessinger takes up this position again on an interim basis.
Mr. Homann deeply regrets that he cannot continue to work for the company for family reasons. "OpenLimit is very well positioned in the global field of IT security and has excellent future prospects. I wish the company and its employees continued success going forward."
"Such a private decision is never easy and it is also evidence of human greatness. We have to accept the unfortunate resignation of Mr. Homann and are even more pleased that Mr. Fuessinger has agreed to step in and resume the position of Chief Financial Officer & Head of Corporate Affairs on an interim basis," says CEO Marc Gurov.
