Not-for-Profit Health Plan Serving More Than One Million Members in Downstate New York Reveals Best Practices for Member Engagement

In October 2014, the Healthfirst Medicare Advantage Plan was awarded four-star quality rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
