Zenmark Verbal Design Names ClickWell for Stanford Health Care
(firmenpresse) - SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/04/15 -- Zenmark, a full service verbal design agency, developed the name ClickWell for Stanford Health Care's new online medical service.
ClickWell is a Web service that provides a Virtual Primary Care Physician experience, essentially virtual doctor visits for minor or routine issues such as checkups and blood test results. Patients interact with doctors through text, email and video.
With a relatively short window of time, Zenmark was tasked with creating a name that felt professional, communicating SHC's focus on patient health through new communication methods.
After several exercises to determine the words that consumers associated with health and professional service, Zenmark decided on the name ClickWell as the best representation of SHC's new offering. By being simple, descriptive and effective, it helps patients feel at ease about using the website, and creates a sense of trust.
