NexgenRx Announces Director Retirement

("NexgenRx" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: NXG) announces the retirement of John Hawkrigg from his position as a director of the Corporation. Mr. Hawkrigg has served as a director of the Company for the past nine years.
