Selwyn Announces Grant of Incentive Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - COOKS BROOK, NOVA SCOTIA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/19/15 -- Selwyn Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: SWN) ('Selwyn' or the 'Company') announces that it has granted incentive stock options ('Options') under its Stock Option Plan to its directors and officers to acquire up to an aggregate of 198,000 common shares ('Common Shares'). All Options are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $2.01 per Common Share. 50% of the Options will vest immediately and 25% of the Options will vest every six months thereafter.
