("the Company") (ASX: CYY) held its Annual General and Special Meeting ("the Meeting") on February 20, 2015 at 10am Perth, Western Australia time. The resolutions voted on were in accordance with the Notice of Annual General & Special Meeting dated January 21, 2015.

The Company advises that all resolutions were passed at the Meeting on a show of hands. Details of the proxy votes received in respect of each resolution have been filed on SEDAR.
