North American Energy Partners Announces Declaration of Quarterly Dividend
(firmenpresse) - EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/23/15 -- (Marketwire - Feb. 23, 2015) - North American Energy Partners Inc. ("NAEP" or "the Company") (TSX: NOA)(NYSE: NOA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend (the "Dividend") of two Canadian cents ($0.02) per common share, payable to common shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2015. The Dividend will be paid on April 24, 2015, and is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
